THE GOD AS CEO LUNCHEON INITIATIVE
A Community for Christian Business & Professional Leaders
We believe that our workplaces are one of God’s primary mission fields. Every decision we make, every person we lead, every resource we steward, and every opportunity entrusted to us presents an opportunity to represent Christ and advance His Kingdom.
The God as CEO Luncheon exists to encourage, challenge, and equip marketplace leaders to faithfully integrate their Christian faith into everyday business and professional life. Our desire is that participants become known not only for their competence, but also for their character, integrity, humility, excellence, and unwavering commitment to biblical truth.
This is not simply another networking event, leadership forum, or Christian business fellowship. It is a carefully cultivated community of Christian business owners, executives, managers, and professionals who desire to see God glorified through their work and influence.

Together, we seek to:
- Glorify God by loving Him wholeheartedly and serving people through our work.
- Strengthen the Body of Christ by growing as disciples and helping others mature in their faith.
- Steward our influence, leadership, relationships, and resources for Kingdom impact.
- Raise God's standard of Love, Excellence, and Truth within our workplaces and industries.
We believe that when Christian leaders faithfully live out their faith in the marketplace, businesses flourish, workplaces are transformed, communities are strengthened, and the Gospel is displayed in practical and compelling ways.
What Makes This Community Different?
The God as CEO Luncheon is intentionally designed around transformation rather than information.
Rather than simply listening to speakers, participants engage in meaningful conversations, share real workplace experiences, learn from one another, and encourage practical application between gatherings.
This is not about collecting business cards or expanding professional networks. It is about building an authentic community that foster spiritual growth, accountability, encouragement, and Kingdom collaboration.
Who Should Participate?
The Luncheon is intended for Christian business owners, executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and professionals who desire to intentionally honour Christ through their leadership and daily work.
Because culture is established early, participation is by invitation and guided by a discernment process rather than open registration.
We seek leaders who demonstrate:
- A genuine and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Integrity and ethical leadership.
- Faithfulness in both personal and family life.
- Professional competence and a commitment to excellence.
- Humility, teachability, and a willingness to continue growing.
- A desire to influence others for God's Kingdom rather than personal recognition.
Our objective is to cultivate a community of leaders who genuinely desire to become more faithful stewards of the influence God has entrusted to them.
Our Commitment to One Another
Members are encouraged to participate consistently, engage openly in discussions, respect confidentiality, encourage one another, and actively pursue the practical application of biblical principles within their workplaces.
This community values authenticity over appearances, participation over observation, and accountability over anonymity.
Every participant is both a learner and a contributor.
The Invitation Process
As this initiative launches, we are intentionally beginning with a small group of marketplace leaders who share this vision. To help us prayerfully discern the right founding community, we ask each prospective participant to complete a short assessment.
The assessment is not an examination or a measure of spiritual superiority. Rather, it helps ensure that those who join are aligned with the purpose, values, expectations, and level of commitment required to build a healthy and impactful community from the outset.
If selected, the professional will become part of a growing network of Christian leaders committed to pursuing excellence, serving one another, and advancing God’s Kingdom through faithful leadership in the marketplace.
Meeting Rhythm
The God as CEO Luncheon is built around intentional, consistent engagement rather than occasional events.
Participants will meet once each month for an in-person luncheon designed to encourage meaningful fellowship, practical learning, honest dialogue, and mutual accountability. Each gathering builds on the relationships and commitments established in previous meetings.
To encourage ownership and maximize attendance, the date for the next luncheon is agreed upon collectively before the close of each meeting. This allows participants to reserve the date in their calendars well in advance and demonstrates our shared commitment to prioritizing this community.
We ask participants to make attendance a priority. While occasional unavoidable absences are understood, the strength of this initiative depends on the consistent presence, contribution, and accountability of every member.
We are excited about what God is beginning and look forward to discerning His leading together.
