Ayesha Bedwei Ibe is the Tax Leader for PwC Ghana, the Tax and Regulatory Leader for PwC’s West Market Region, and the PwC Global Tax and Legal Services People Leader.

During her career at PwC, Ayesha has had many roles. She served as a member of PwC’s Africa Governance Board, the Inclusion and Diversity Leader for PwC Africa and the Corporate Responsibility Leader for PwC’s West Market Region.

Ayesha has over 23 years’ experience in finance and accounting and has built a large network of global clients and associates during her professional career.

In addition to her leadership roles at PwC, Ayesha is the current President of the American Chamber of Commerce, Ghana, and a member of the Mastercard Foundation’s advisory committee.

Together with her husband Pastor Gabriel Ibe, Ayesha co-pastors the Revelation Church, a thriving Christian organisation, with an Apostolic mandate to bring Christ to the nations.

Ayesha is passionate about empowering people in all areas of their lives and is the convener of the Revelation Church’s flagship women’s program “Women Revealed”.

Other Experiences

Ayesha regularly contributes to articles in Ghana’s business print media and appears on Television programs discussing various issues including Tax, Corporate Responsibility, Career Development and Diversity and Inclusion.

In 2014, Ayesha became a member of the prestigious African Leadership Network (ALN). In the same year, she sat on the judging panel for ALN’s Africa Awards for Entrepreneurship.

In 2017, Ayesha added the title “TedX Speaker” to her list of experiences by speaking at the TedX Accra event on the importance of Diversity and Inclusion in the Work place.

Also in 2017, Ayesha founded the Careers Advisory Blog, www.careers1825.com, to provide realistic career advice to people between the ages of 18 and 25.

In 2018, Ayesha became a member of the Migration task force of the Think 20 (T20), a group of policy think tanks which advise the Group of twenty (G20).
