Rob White has been married for 34 years to a wonderful woman named Wanda. He is a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, father, grandfather, and has passion for small business.

Rob grew up in a Christian home and was raised by Christian parents. His relationship with God grew as he matured and faced challenges that life brings each of us. Throughout early adulthood and into his late-30’s, Rob desperately sought to find God’s will for his life.

At about age 40, Rob realized that God had called him to be a businessman, and that business was the platform/path that God had given Rob to serve Him. This realization led Rob to purchase the license to start his first business, which is a franchised business called Rainbow Restoration in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia.

God blessed the Rainbow Restoration business and guided Rob and his family through many trials along the way.  When the business had grown to become one of the top  businesses under the Rainbow Restoration franchise system, God led Rob and Wanda to Waco, Texas where Rob would become President of Rainbow Restoration worldwide, a franchising company with over 300 locations worldwide.

After four years of business and spiritual growth in Waco, Texas, God led Rob and his wife Wanda, back home to Richmond, Virginia.  In 2016, Rob again felt led back to business ownership. This time, after much prayer and consultation with others, Rob purchased a 30-year-old multimillion-dollar business in central Virginia called FASTSIGNS.

During the 3^rd month of owning and operating FASTSIGNS, while returning from a “GOD AS CEO” event in Ghana, West Africa, Rob felt the call to use the “GOD AS CEO” principles of Truth, Excellence, and Love as cornerstones and guiding principles to establish a biblical foundation for this 30-year-old FASTSIGNS business. These guiding principles of Truth, Excellence and Love formed the culture that was the driving force behind the transformation of this business as it doubled in size and increased 5X in profitability within seven years, despite the COVID pandemic and many other challenges.

In 2023, FASTSIGNS-Central Virginia was growing at a very fast and profitable rate, which led Rob to sell the majority of the business in April of 2023 for an attractive return on investment.

Rob currently serves as President of Monster Tree Service, a franchised business with over 75 franchised locations and over $70 Million in total sales.
