Dr. Stella Agyenim-Boateng is a distinguished C-suite executive and transformational leader with decades of experience across telecommunications, insurance, energy, education, and public service.

She currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Public Services Commission of Ghana, where she provides strategic leadership in governance, human capital development, and institutional transformation.

Her career includes senior roles such as Deputy Chief Executive (Services) and Director of Human Resources at the Volta River Authority, Group HR Director at GLICO, and HR Director roles at Vodafone Ghana and Ghana Telecom where is recognized for leading large-scale organizational transformation and driving performance-focused, innovation-led cultures.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and has received over 35 local and international awards for leadership and service excellence.

A passionate advocate for people-centered leadership, she is also a mentor, speaker, and author of 100 Career Nuggets – Keeping It Punchy.
