As Director of Discipleship and Impact my responsibilities include:

• Leading our Africa Encounter Conferences, Media Ministry, and Marketplace Disciple-making process to support professionals to succeed God’s way in a corrupt business environment, and to empower Christians to share and show the gospel with Love, Excellence, and Truth.

• Leading our N.A. teams on mission trips to empower our in-country Ghana team.

• Fundraising to achieve the North America and Ghana ministry budget goals
