Femi B. Adeleye is the Director of the Institute for Christian Impact (ICI)- an initiative to nurture a new generation of leaders to impact Africa with Kingdom values. Before this he served for three years as the Director of Church Partnerships for World Vision International, focusing on enhancing World Vision’s partnerships with churches around the world. Prior to joining World Vision, Femi worked for 32 years with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), in his last years there as Associate Director for Partnership and Collaboration. He previously served as Regional Secretary for English and Portuguese Speaking Africa, strengthening leadership development and cross-cultural mission within Africa and beyond. Adeleye is a research fellow at the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture in Ghana where he teaches as adjunct faculty member.
Femi is an Alumni of Wheaton Graduate School, University of Edinburgh and the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture in Ghana (PhD.). Femi is an Honorary Vice President of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), serves on the international Board of the Lausanne Movement as well as the Executive Committee of the Global Christian Forum (GCF). He is the author of Preachers of a Different Gospel, Let No Man Despise Your Youth and Partnering with the Global Church Co-Authored with Nikki Toyama-Szeto. Femi is married to Affy Adeleye and they are blessed with four children (Remi, Philip, Olive-Kemi and Emmanuel) and currently live in Ghana.
