Doug Dwyer is a business professional with more than three decades of experience in franchising. He is very well-versed in management, operations, franchise and marketing development.
Doug is the President and Chief Stewarding Officer of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, an internationally successful full-service interior remodelling franchising company, headquartered in Waco, Texas.
His work has been recognised over the years with several honours, including the 2018 Albert Schweitzer Award by HOBY, 2004 Remodeler of the Year by Professional Remodeler Magazine, and Philanthropist of the Year 2012 by Mission Waco/World.
Doug’s calling, and heartfelt desire is to serve and enrich peoples’ lives with dignity, excellence, humility and respect, while encouraging and inspiring others to do the same. He is the vision bearer of God as CEO and has dutifully committed his time, talent, and treasures to the conferences since its inception.
Doug and his wife reside in Waco, Texas and have four children.

Gayla Dwyer

Gayla supports her husband, Doug Dwyer, in his role as President and Chief Stewarding Officer of God as CEO, earning her the title CSO-TDG (Chief Support Officer to Doug & God as CEO).
Gayla serves on the DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen Board of Advisors and supports her husband, Doug Dwyer, in his role as President and Chief Stewarding Officer of DreamMaker. Gayla is the CSO-TD² (Chief Support Officer to Doug & DreamMaker). After attaining degrees in both economics and real estate from Baylor University in 1994, Gayla worked as a paralegal for The Dwyer Group. Gayla has also served as a real estate agent in the Waco residential market and worked as a pharmaceutical sales rep for Abbott Laboratories based in Chicago. Gayla resigned from Abbott Laboratories in July 2007 to be a stay-at-home mom.
Gayla is passionate about her partnership with two local charities in the Waco community. The first supports child literacy efforts. Gayla volunteers time during the school year to read with a student who is not reading at grade level. The second supports families entrusted to the care of Compassion Ministries of Waco. During the Christmas season, Gayla and her family provide gifts to bless these families who are either on the verge of homelessness, or just escaping homelessness.
Gayla enjoys spending time with her husband, whether it be business or leisure. She also cherishes time together with family. Gayla and Doug have one son, three daughters, one son-in-law, and two grandsons. A favorite pastime for Gayla is reading. Mark Rutland and Matthew Kelly are two of her favorite authors.

David Brandon Haire was named Secretary of Be Faithful, Inc. – God as CEO™ Board Member in 2019. He currently works as the Operating Partner at Princeton Equity Group having served professionally in various leadership roles in Neighborly® with the last four years in Executive Leadership as Senior Vice President of Development (The Largest Service Franchise in North America).
Brandon has also spent years traveling the globe, with various Missions Organizations, teaching and speaking. Brandon holds degrees in Finance and Marketing. He is the author of several books, one such titled BE BRAVE- believing that one person can change the world, which takes you through the journey of him personally being held at gun point.

Kristi Bauer

Kristi Bauer is the International Coordinator & Accountant of God as CEO. She joined the Ministry in April 2022. Prior to joining the team, Kristi had served in administrative and managerial roles for profit and non-profit entities over the last two decades. She has experience in office management, accounting, sales, and store management.
Kristi is originally from the Dallas area. She has been married to her wonderful husband, Nate Bauer for 11 years and counting. She is the mother to 5 amazing children.
Kristi feels blessed being raised in a Christian home where a rock-solid foundation of faith was set. She and her husband believe God is the only successful foundation on which to set their lives.

Joaquin is a recognized marketing expert with more than 25 years experience in strategic marketing. He is a sought-after marketing consultant, a visionary, strategist, and a speaker. He implemented marketing for over 60 of the leading design/build companies in the US.
His digital marketing insights and commentary has been published in Forbes, Inc. Magazine, The Washington Post, Fast Company, and a variety of business-to-business publications including Pro Remodeler.
Joaquin is passionate about helping businesses do a better job explaining the value they deliver. His personal drive is to create inspiring, innovative marketing strategies for companies who want to grow.

Rev. Stephen Ramsdell

Rev. Stephen Ramsdell is currently the President of God is Big Enough Ministries, an incorporated non-profit ministry built around the theme of God is Big Enough for any circumstance, including the local church. This ministry is designed to assist a local pastor in building a healthy church that has growth, hope and faith as its core. Through this ministry, he does clergy coaching as well as connecting local churches to resources to encourage growth and health in the local church. Pastor Steve is married to Susan Oakes Ramsdell, a gifted musician who is proficient with piano, organ, bells, and the flute. They have three children, Matthew, Deborah, and Christopher.
He holds a degree in Christian Ministry as well as a Master of Divinity degree. He served in the United States Navy in the Area of Photographic Intelligence during the Vietnam Era, serving onboard an aircraft carrier – the USS John F. Kennedy. He has a special love for veterans, active duty military and their families.
Steve has pastored United Methodist Churches all over Central Texas and just retired from full time active ministry in 2017. He was awarded the Outstanding Local Church award in 1985 by the Central Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church, the Morris walker Award in 1994 and the Harry Denman Evangelism award in 2013. His philosophy of ministry is, “Everyone is invited,” “Everyone is included,” “No one is Perfect,” and “Anything is possible.”

From Navy service aboard the USS Ranger and USS Carl Vinson during Desert Storm/Desert Shield to founding multiple businesses, Tom Wright’s journey is one built on faith, perseverance, and purpose.
In 1999, he established Built Wright Construction, which grew into a network of companies spanning school construction, real estate development, and wedding venues.
Tom has been an active member of Gideons International since 2019, serving as Vice President and now President of the Waco Camp. His leadership extends to the International Finance Committee, where he is serving his third term. He also played a key role as the Local Committee Chair for the 2021 Texas State Convention in Waco.
Beyond Gideons, Tom has faithfully served in his church and community. His heart for ministry led him to found The Lord’s Work & Our Hospice House, merging faith and business to serve others.
The challenges of running multiple businesses, leading ministries, and balancing family life would be impossible without a foundation built on faith. He’s learned that real success isn’t just measured in profits, but in people, purpose, and an eternal return on investment. Tom Wright isn’t just building businesses—he’s building for the Kingdom.
For Tom, his greatest legacy is his family—his wife Margie of nearly 32 years, their three daughters, and three grandsons. He believes that business is a ministry and leadership is a calling, proving that when God is CEO, everything changes.
He traveled to Ghana with our President and CSO to witness and celebrate the tenth anniversary of the God as CEO Business Encounter and has since become a part of our team.

Euclid Addo
Position: Director of Africa Operations

Euclid is responsible for leading, managing, and implementing all aspects of the God as CEO ministry in Africa. He also provides support to the International Headquarters.
He joined the ministry in 2018 as a volunteer, assigned the role of National Coordinator in 2019, and served diligently to become the Country Manager for the Ghana office in 2022. He has served through to his current role as Director of Africa Operations, overseeing all of the Ministry’s efforts to impact the continent.
Euclid holds an M.A in Theology & Missions, a B.A in Public Relations, and a Diploma in Communication Studies. He has working experience in broadcast media, customer service, event planning, branding, publishing, etc. He likes to write and has authored three faith-impacting books.
He is married to Ruth and they have two children.

Elizabeth Gyanewa Saforo
Position: Operations & Programmes Manager

Elizabeth is responsible for identifying and securing funding sources to support the God as CEO ministry initiatives in Ghana. She is the lead on the planning and execution of the God as CEO Business Encounters.
She has been a committed volunteer with the ministry since 2018, becoming the first volunteer coordinator along the way until she took up the full time role of Operations and Programs Manager in 2024.
Elizabeth holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies, a Bachelor’s Degree in Rural and Community Development, and a Certificate in Project Management. She has working experience in insurance, artificial intelligence, community development coordination, event planning, customer service, photography, and data entry.
Elizabeth has strong interest in volunteerism, advocacy and consultancy as she is committed to contributing her quota to address development issues.
She serves in her local church as President of the Young Peoples’ Guild.
Elizabeth continues to volunteer her time and gifts with groups and organizations that appeal to her passions.

Patience is a passionate communicator, storyteller, and strategist serving as the Communications Coordinator at God as CEO. She is dedicated to ensuring that the organization’s message resonates with the right audience and inspires action. Through her work, Patience remains committed to amplifying the vision of the ministry and helping spread its transformative message to the world.
With over five years of experience in strategic communication, content creation, and digital engagement, Patience has worked extensively with faith-based organizations, nonprofits, startups, global organizations, and businesses to develop impactful communication strategies. Her ability to align a brand’s message with its mission and audience ensures clarity, consistency, and engagement across multiple platforms.
Beyond her professional role, Patience is deeply involved in ministry work. Her service to The Christ-Life Church strengthens her passion for faith-driven storytelling and using media as a tool for transformation.

When she’s not crafting impactful messages, you will find her learning new skills and trends, exploring creative design, and listening to Christian music. A fun fact about her? She has an eye for design and loves experimenting with interior and graphic design.

Nathaniel has almost a decade of experience in graphic design and video editing.
He has collaborated with top brands in Ghana, bringing their visions to life through compelling visuals and engaging multimedia content. His expertise spans graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, and photography, allowing him to produce engaging and high-quality creatives.
As the Interactive Media Coordinator for the ministry, he is responsible for creating visually appealing static and motion graphics for the ministry, supporting its mission through engaging and impactful media.
Nathaniel holds an HND in Computer Graphics and a certificate in 3D Modeling, equipping him with the technical skills to execute innovative ideas. Currently, he is responsible for creating visual content designs and videos for the ministry, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication.
His Christian faith plays a significant role in his work, shaping his creativity, work ethic, and dedication to excellence. Beyond his professional work, Nathaniel is a worship leader at Power Victory Chapel in Accra.

Hilda Nyarkoa Bekoe

Hilda holds a Bsc. in Banking and Finance and an MBA in Corporate Governance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors – Ghana.
She has volunteered with God as CEO since 2018.
She fellowships with the Agape House New Testament Church where she serves as an usher.
She has a working experience in administration and programs coordination and has worked with notable organizations such as EU, GIZ, UNESCO and many others.
During her tertiary education, Hilda held various leadership positions which ignited her passion for leadership.
Hilda is people-oriented, serviceable and a goal-getter.

Daniella is a final year Business Administration student at the University of Professional Studies in Accra.
She leads the coordination of God as CEO’s engagements with university students who are just about to leave school and fresh graduates who have just entered the marketplace. This initiative is designed to introduce younger people to the God as CEO message, practically affecting their value system, and impacting their personal and professional lives to live out the truth of God’s word from the get-go.
Daniella is a growing disciple of Christ with a yielded heart for the Gospel.
She always seeks opportunities to learn from all quarters and loves to share her experiences to impact others positively.
