...God as CEO is an amazing event. The speakers demonstrate what it means to have God as CEO. Yes, we do read the Bible and apply its principles, but to learn how to intentionally plan and integrate into your work a system that demonstrate God’s love, for me, was awesome. As a result of participating in the conference, we now dedicate the first few minutes of our management meetings to discuss Biblical principles, and I personally take time to pray for every team leader - that is a change God as CEO brought.

..I had an insightful and very impactful time at the Encounter. I learnt that Jesus is both Lord and Saviour. I had not thought of the "Lord" dimension of Christ the way Doug explained it. Also, God prioritizes people, and I have to unapologetically show up as a Christian entrepreneur. The program was very enlightening, and it answered most of the questions I used to ask myself as a Christian.
I gathered from the conference that I have to be very intentional about my Christian life, to let people see God in me through my work and daily life, and that challenges may come but I have to look up to God and stand for Him.
Just as Joseph stood for God, and Jesus Christ also did same, I am going to stand firm for God in all that I do no matter what comes my way.

The conference was professionally organised; delivery was superb, and all speakers shared relevant and practical experiences. The ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. It was an A+ rated conference.

My takeaways are: I can do God and business at the same time. It is not an either-or situation. In difficult times God still stays with us if only we surrender to Him wholly. We are in challenging times which sets us into the survival instinct mode. However, we are expected to remain faithful. We should always identify the ‘J-zone’ where Jesus is the center.

I resolve to publicly declare my faith and stand by it.
