...God as CEO is an amazing event. The speakers demonstrate what it means to have God as CEO. Yes, we do read the Bible and apply its principles, but to learn how to intentionally plan and integrate into your work a system that demonstrate God’s love, for me, was awesome.
As a result of participating in the conference, we now dedicate the first few minutes of our management meetings to discuss Biblical principles, and I personally take time to pray for every team leader - that is a change God as CEO brought.

…The conference was very well-organised, and all the speakers shared valuable insights. I am so glad I could join.
My most important takeaways are to make my stance as a Christian publicly known; to clarify what my business stands for; to do business with Love, Excellence and Truth; and not compromise on my Christian values and principles.
I am going to take a stand for my faith and do business in Love, Excellence and Truth. I will do business with integrity and not give bribe. I will make God the CEO of my business truly in my heart and by the way I do business going forward.

..It was life transforming for me. Hearing practical examples from real people made me know that living for God in corporate work is possible and rewarding. By God’s grace I was recently made a Team Lead of an in-house project. I am going to use this opportunity to demonstrate Christ to my colleagues in the way I approach my work as a ministry with integrity, prayerfulness, and by involving the Holy Spirit in making decisions, especially in the grey areas.

…It was an amazing experience seeing that our corporate businesses can be found in scripture.
My major takeaway was that I need to be a faithful steward in whatever the Lord has given me, including my work and relationship with others.
I now have it engraved in my mind and in my heart that God is my CEO, and I will work in the manner that pleases Him. I will live by my convictions in scripture and obey God’s word daily.

…It was very encouraging for me to see top corporate achievers integrating their faith with work. My takeaway is to Be faithful; to make my identity as an uncompromising child of God known at the workplace and seek God’s wisdom in managing the tensions of faith and work. My resolve is that what I am on Sunday will reflect in the discharge of my duties when I go to work. I’ll heed the call to love, be excellent, and truthful at all times.

..I had an insightful and very impactful time at the Encounter. I learnt that Jesus is both Lord and Saviour. I had not thought of the "Lord" dimension of Christ the way Doug explained it. Also, God prioritizes people, and I have to unapologetically show up as a Christian entrepreneur. I am going to pay more attention to being empathetic with my clients and be unapologetic about my mission and vision of glorifying God. It was absolutely impressive to see that there are people and encounters that seek to have believers work to the glory of God. Please don't stop this business encounter. Our world needs it. I loved seeing that God still has men and women who want to do things His Way and the God as CEO business encounter makes it possible for believers to gather with one accord. It's beautiful.

…The conference was Excellent.
I have learnt to glorify God through what I do by being excellent, having integrity and being truthful, showing genuine love, and putting people over profit.
My resolve is that to become an excellent business leader, I must be an excellent follower of God.

It was educative, revealing and life changing. It wasn’t just a Business Encounter;
it was a God Encounter. I have learnt to ask myself a simple question in every situation I find myself in or every decision I make or how I treat everyone, I would ask myself, WHAT WOULD JESUS DO if He were in my shoes. This is because He is the CEO of my life and work and I live and work for Him.

I had an Encounter with Divine wisdom and knowledge. I am going to practice every single thing I heard at this Encounter, especially being S.M.A.R.T.E.R., modelling Christlike values at the workplace and making my workplace a ministry.
Most importantly, I was able to resolve in my heart and allowed God to be Savior and Lord over my life and business.

In fact, since this Encounter, I’ve just been praying that Father, I want to be like Jesus, and miraculously, I’ve started seeing some changes in my behavior, especially relating to my colleagues at work. My relationship has begun to turn on a good note and I am super excited with the changes I am seeing. I have been selfish all these years of my life but it is changing now, all to the glory of God.

I'm going to try and consciously build a prayer life and spend more time with God. I will also try to inform a few close friends about my resolves, so they support me on this walk with God. Again, I'll try to heed the voice of God in all the things I do including the way I treat people, my thought process, and my relationship with all those around me.

The program was very enlightening, and it answered most of the questions I used to ask myself as a Christian.
I gathered from the conference that I have to be very intentional about my Christian life, to let people see God in me through my work and daily life, and that challenges may come but I have to look up to God and stand for Him.
Just as Joseph stood for God, and Jesus Christ also did same, I am going to stand firm for God in all that I do no matter what comes my way.
I got one of the [BE FAITHFUL] wristbands and indirectly it is acting as a check and reminder to me that someone up there is cheering me on so I should not give up.

The 8th edition of the God as CEO conference was a well organised program with great speakers.
My takeaways include: Rethink God as Head over self; Glorify God daily in our business, and the need to care and give back to our community.
I have resolved to revise my concept of governance and operational structure and make God the CEO while I work as His employee. I will demonstrate Jesus’ principles of servant leadership to project Jesus to my staff and colleagues.

The conference was professionally organised; delivery was superb, and all speakers shared relevant and practical experiences. The ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. It was an A+ rated conference.
My takeaways are: I can do God and business at the same time. It is not an either-or situation. In difficult times God still stays with us if only we surrender to Him wholly. We are in challenging times which sets us into the survival instinct mode. However, we are expected to remain faithful. We should always identify the ‘J-zone’ where Jesus is the center.
I resolve to publicly declare my faith and stand by it.
